We offer a generous 30-day return window for all items purchased from Canada Gaming Computers, allowing you to shop confidently knowing that you have ample time to evaluate your purchase.

Exceptions and Product-Specific Policies:

While the majority of our products are eligible for returns within 30 days, there are some exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

NOTE: All computers and monitors returned are subject to a 6% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of restocking and processing returned items. We appreciate your understanding.

NOTE: All Same Day Shipping orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 4% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of restocking and processing returned items. We appreciate your understanding.

Warranty Policy:

3-Year Policy on Parts & Repairs: Whether you need replacement parts or your computer sent in for repairs, we will cover it, shipping back to us must be paid by the customer. This and the above warranties are voided when you change the following components with non-Canada Gaming Computers Gaming issued components: motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU and Power Supply. If ALL of the previously listed components are changed out from Canada Gaming Computers provided components, your PC will no longer be considered a Canada Gaming Computers Gaming PC that is covered under our warranty policy. Canada Gaming Computers provided parts include the original components the PC was built with and any components that are replaced, exchanged or repaired under warranty.

Lifetime Technical Support: We will answer any question, technical or not for the lifetime of your PC.
